We collect information directly from you and automatically through your use of our services, specifically via the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Login.
Account Information
When you log in with Facebook, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create your UGChunter account.
Instagram Data
With your explicit permission, we access:
- Instagram Business Account ID: To identify your connected professional account.
- Direct Messages (DMs): We access your inbox to display them within the dashboard.
- Profile Metadata: Your Instagram handle/username.
3How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect solely to provide the functionality of the UGChunter dashboard. Specifically:
- To authenticate your identity.
- To display your Instagram inbox within our application so you can view and manage messages directly from our dashboard.
- To sync your conversations in real-time.
4Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party cloud hosting providers solely for the purpose of storing and processing data on our behalf.

We retain your Instagram messages and account data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you disconnect your Instagram account or delete your UGChunter account, we will remove your synchronized data from our servers.

How to Request Data Deletion
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, you can request the deletion of your data in two ways:
- Within the App: Go to your Profile Settings in UGChunter and click "Delete Account" or "Disconnect Instagram."
- Via Facebook Settings:
- Go to your Facebook Profile → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Navigate to "Apps and Websites."
- Select "UGChunter" and click "Remove."
- Optional: Click "View Removed Apps and Websites" → "UGChunter" → "Send Request" to trigger a formal data deletion request to our servers.
