By creating an account, accessing, or using UGChunter ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible via www.ugchunter.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
2Description of Service
UGChunter provides a unified dashboard that allows Content Creators to manage their social media interactions, specifically facilitating the reading, sending, and management of Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) and content via the Meta/Instagram Graph API.
3User Responsibilities & Conduct
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service. By using UGChunter, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or international law.
- Send unsolicited messages (spam) or harass, abuse, or threaten others via the Instagram messaging features provided by our Service.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
4Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
Our Service integrates with the Instagram Graph API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). By using UGChunter, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- Instagram Terms: Your use of Instagram features within UGChunter is also subject to the Instagram Terms of Use and Facebook Terms of Service.
- Platform Compliance: You will not use our Service to violate any of Meta's Platform Terms or Developer Policies.
- Account Disconnection: We reserve the right to disconnect your Instagram account from our Service immediately if we detect any violation of Meta's policies (e.g., spamming DMs).
5Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content (text, images, media) you create or transmit through UGChunter. We claim no ownership rights over your Instagram content.
Our Service
The UGChunter interface, code, graphics, and design are the exclusive property of UGChunter and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGChunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service; or
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We make no specific warranty regarding the uptime or availability of the Instagram API, as this is controlled by Meta.
9Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
